PRAISE FOR “hell or high water”
“With electrifying intensity, Miko Marks helped put an exclamation point on the 2026 Americana Music Festival & Conference with her colorful 3rd & Lindsley set… Marks, a modern blues artist with a touch of delta mystique and a West Coast charm, preached tenacity and healing alongside red-hot harmonica solos and guest artist Colin Linden, whose slide resonator once again showed how AmericanaFest brings roots-music tradition into the present tense."
-THE TENNESSEAN, BEST MOMENTS FROM AMERICANAFEST 2026
“Marks has arrived at her true self, and musical moment; unencumbered and joyful, she’s standing on her own two feet.”
"...we experience one of our finest contemporary singers tearing into these songs with the fiery attitude and strutting power that makes this music, no matter how often you hear it interpreted, such a visceral and explosive experience."
"What Marks achieves with her style here is something that many artists try but fail...Marks can fit seamlessly into a purposefully vintage backdrop because her voice and delivery are so effortlessly timeless."
